Fully integrated in-house process
Unlike outsourced coating options, Climetal 5K Coating is developed and applied internally within Climetal’s production process. This allows better quality control, simplified logistics, and zero impact on lead time.

The Climetal 5K Coating has been designed with an optimal thickness to preserve exchanger performance, with thermal impact below 1%.

Climetal 5K Coating is especially suitable for applications exposed to coastal, marine, industrial, chemical, high-humidity, and polluted urban environments, where corrosion can significantly reduce equipment lifetime.
The best balance between protection and production efficiency
Climetal 5K Coating offers a very high level of corrosion protection without the delays normally associated with outsourced premium coatings. Climetal 5K Coating is positioned as a very high protection solution with no lead time impact, while ElectroFin E-Coat provides maximum protection but with an estimated lead time impact of around 6 weeks.
This makes Climetal 5K Coating an ideal option for OEM programs where corrosion resistance, cost control, production speed, and supply chain simplicity are all critical.
